Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Domestically and Worldwide with Royal Mail. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and including postage and packing. 

Parcels are normally posted the same or the next working day via Royal Mail for the UK with free shipping in the UK for orders over £60.00. 

Estimated delivery is the next working day with Royal Mail 1st class, 2-3 working days with Royal Mail  2nd Class, the next working day with Royal Mail Tracked 24, and 2 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All international orders we send via  Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Delivery time depends on where the item is being sent. We will send you the tracking number once dispatched. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days in Europe and Worldwide delivery aim:5-7 working days.

The maximum permitted weight per package is 2kg (including packaging), so if your order weighs more than 2kg, you will be charged for two packages.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days - £13.80
• Royal Mail International Tracked - delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days - £12.05

• Royal Mail International Signed - delivery aim: 3-5 working days - £13.80 

Europe postage, parcels up to 2000g:

• Royal Mail International Standard - delivery aim: 3-5 working days -£12.70
• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days - £14.95
• Royal Mail International Tracked - delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days - £12.40
• Royal Mail International Signed - delivery aim: 3-5 working days - £14.95

 

World Zone 1, parcels up to 1000g:

World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and South East Asia.

• Royal Mail International Standard - delivery aim: 6-7 working days - £17.35
• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - delivery aim: 5-7 working days- £21.35

World Zone 1, parcels up to 2000g:

World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and South East Asia.

• Royal Mail International Standard -delivery aim: 6-7 working days - £23.00
• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - delivery aim: 5-7 working days - £25.05

 

World Zone 2, parcels up to 1000g:

World Zone 3, parcels up to 1000g:

This zone consists of the USA.

• Royal Mail International Standard -delivery aim: 6-7 working days - £22.70
• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - delivery aim: 5-7 working days - £26.20

World Zone 3, parcels up to 2000g:

This zone consists of the USA.

• Royal Mail International Standard -delivery aim: 6-7 working days - £30.15
• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - delivery aim: 5-7 working days - £32.90

*All international parcels will be sent by International Tracked and Signed For where possible. Otherwise, they will be sent by International Tracked.

 

 Customs, Duties, and Taxes. Bella Yarn Studio is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, customs, local sales tax, etc..)

 Lost parcels: Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost unless it has been missing for 15 days in the UK, 20 days in Europe, or 25 days in the rest of the world. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please get in touch at hello@bellayarnstudio.co.uk.

However, we normally ask for you to wait that long before we can replace your order.
