Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Bella Yarn Studio!

If you are looking to return your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being eligible for return:

  • discontinued items or on sale
  • all printed matter such as books, magazines, and patterns 
  • all cut trims and cut fabrics 
In all cases of cancellation, the notification to us must be made in writing (e-mail counts as in writing), but not by telephone, within 14 calendar days of you receiving the goods and should include the order number and details of the claim. Your email, letter, or fax will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it. The goods must be returned within 30 days from delivery with their original, undamaged packaging and the original invoice. Please note that if you have purchased digital goods from us such as digital patterns, once you have downloaded those digital goods, you will no longer be able to cancel your order
We cannot be liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the items for their valued.
Goods returned to Bella Yarn Studio must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, order number, customer’s email address, phone number, and delivery address. All goods should be sent recorded delivery and must be insured for the full value of the contents. Bella Yarn Studio cannot be responsible for lost or uninsured packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your goods were sent with Free Shipping, we will reduce your refund by our cost of shipping incurred.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please firsts check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
